JOHN BURTON Cello

ASSOCIATE DEAN OF FINE ARTS at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, John Burton is a distinguished alumnus of Rice University, where he earned his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees. His Doctor of Musical Arts degree is from the University of Southern California where he studied with Gabor Reito.

John has served as Associate Professor of Music Theory and Director of Graduate Studies at TCU since 1991.
